Amphion are internationally acclaimed musicians and singers who perform early music on ancient and highly ornate
instruments, such as the lute, baroque violin, Viola d’more, renaissance flute, guitar and harpsichord that are beautiful
to the eye and ear.
All members are world-class musicians who have performed in prestigious venues and festivals around the UK and abroad including:
The Edinburgh Festival, Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, Salzburg Festival, Royal Albert Hall and the Barbican among others.
They are delighted to bring the same consumate musicianship to their performances for private functions.
They are available in many different formations - from a soloist on lute or viol, a duo or a chamber ensemble to a small
orchestra. Examples of their rich repertoire include medieval courtly dances, Dowland lute songs, Purcell trio sonatas and
